- Ai Chi
is low impact, rhythmic movement in warm,
soothing water. Let the stress melt away.
Participants with joint limitations, arthritis,
aches and tension will find relief in this
class. Look forward to a relaxing hour with
friendly folks.
- Flexibility, stability, joint range, core
strength and balance develop effortlessly in
contemplative movement in 96 degree bliss.
- The moves are similar to Tai Chi.
- The lights are low, the only sounds are the
flowing water and the guided contemplations
while progressing through the forms.
- We'll have a closing party on December 13th
to celebrate eleven years of healthy
warmth.
|
- Warm
water,
- flowing
movement.
- Connecting
with my breath has given me a wonderful tool
to relax.
-
- Whatever
way we do Ai Chi today is the best way to do
Ai Chi,
- today.

- This term is our
Swan Song
- We
are sad to learn that the therapeutic pool
weve been using these last eleven years
will be closed at the end of December. Come and
join us in our
- Swan
Song session. Drop in for $20, or take advantage
of the last full session of these precious
classes.
- This
is it. Enjoy!
- Full
session fees are collected during the first two
weeks of the session. Be sure to get them in so
we all can relax and enjoy the rest of the term
together. We are planning a celebration on the
last evening, December 13th.
